Amanda Hatcher, President - Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Amanda founded a 501(c)3 non-profit organization at 18 years of age, The Music for Dreams Foundation Inc., to donate instruments to low income schools. Since July 2015, Amanda has been employed for Reliant Consulting, a Florida based political and business consulting company holding the position of legislative correspondent, traveling to the state capital in Florida and D.C representing the company and acquiring new clients for local judicial, mayoral, sheriff, and congressional races. She previously served as Vice President of Strategy for the Harvard Extension Business Society from 2016-2017. Amanda enjoys embracing her Cuban culture, playing piano, writing, volunteering, and jogging. This past year, Amanda served as a national ambassador for the American Diabetes Association and a speaker at numerous events. She is in her senior year studying Business Management & Administration and is also involved in Harvard Women in Business (HWIB).

Zef Vataj, Vice President - Zef Vataj is a third year Harvard undergraduate from New York. He is aiming for a concentration in business administration with a dual minor in finance and philosophy. This will also be his third year serving on the board of HEBS. Zef's most important project at the moment is a business start up: an online clothing retail company named Charm by Vataj; which launching early this year. He is also a founder and on the board of an education focused non-profit named FourSight Collective Inc and has experience in real estate as a manager of a small residential property. A first generation American with an Albanian heritage, Zef speaks three languages and plays three instruments. He is also a practitioner of Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, holds a NAGA martial arts championship belt and enjoys working out regularly.

Jacob Compton, Treasurer - Texas born and raised, Jacob now studies Economics as an undergraduate at Harvard University through the Extension School. Growing up during the Great Recession created a passion within him to understand the market forces which affected his life. After graduating high school at sixteen, he founded a charitable organization, Blanket, that delivers donated blankets to the homeless of San Antonio, Texas, during the winter. Aside from classes and advocacy efforts, Jacob acts as a business strategist for a commercial service company, trades securities, and studies as an autodidact. He holds an A.A. in Economics from Palo Alto College where he graduated cum laude and is in his junior year at Harvard.

Giampiero Fuentes, Director of Sponsorships- Giampiero is a summa cum laude University of South Florida graduate with a major in Finance. He speaks three different languages fluently, started two companies from the ground up, hosted a show on national television, and served as a consultant for businesses nationwide. He's currently working at Raymond James Financial while pursuing a Master's degree with concentration in Finance at Harvard University.


Jamie Villanueva, Director of Logistics – Jamie is in his final year of pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts in Management degree at the Harvard Extension School, as well as a graduate certificate in strategic management.  He currently works in a small interfaculty initiative at Harvard University, helping to organize community events for scientists, postdocs and students from various Harvard-affiliated labs. Jamie holds a Master of Social Work degree with a certificate in Urban Leadership from Simmons College. When not studying or working, Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife and two small children at home.
