Aaron Roe, President - Aaron most recently served as a Vice President of Technology of a 500+ person real estate company in South Carolina and moved to Cambridge to complete his final year of his masters degree in Management on campus. In the past, he has served as a Board of Directors member and Co-Membership Chairman of Columbia, SC’s largest young professional organization with 400+ paying members where he was honored to be voted the organization’s member of the year. He, also, served as Board of Directors member, Education Chairman and Program Chairman on the Sales & Marketing Council of Greater Columbia where he was honored to be a finalist for the organization’s member of the year. In both of these organizations, he planned, fundraised for, hosted and moderated various events with speakers/panelists that included SC’s Attorney General, state congressman, CEOs, non-profit leaders, community organizers, etc. He has also served on committees for Salvation Army and Pawmetto Lifeline - South Carolina’s largest animal shelter. Aaron is a graduate of Leadership Columbia  and Leadership South Carolina. 


Eduardo Verboonen Khoury, Vice President - Eduardo holds a major in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (TEC de Monterrey). He is currently studying a master in Applied Government Administration (TEC de Monterrey) and pursuing a Master in Liberal Arts of Management at the Harvard Extension School. He is COO of a Private Hospital Chain called “Hospitales MAC," CEO of a construction and commercialization company called “Grupo Inhabitat” and the President of a Nonprofit called “SER Soluciones Responsables” (Responsible Solutions). He enjoys flying and he is working to get a private pilot license.


Zef Vataj, VP of Logistics - Zef is a second year Harvard undergraduate from New York. He is aiming for a concentration in business administration with a dual minor in finance and in government. Zef's most important project at the moment is a business start up: an online clothing retail company named Charm by Vataj. He also has experience in real estate as a manager of a small residential property. A first generation American with an Albanian heritage, Zef speaks three languages and plays three instruments. He is also a practitioner of Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, holds a  NAGA martial arts championship belt and enjoys working out regularly.


Deborah Moreira, VP of International Relations - Deborah is a final year Harvard undergraduate student focusing her studies in psychology and business management. As an intern at Laspau, a Harvard affiliated organization, Deborah worked on projects to connect the U.S. and Latin America through higher education and acquired experience in international relations. Previously, she has worked in a business accelerator and coordinated an educational project aimed at the development of entrepreneurship in schools. Born in Alabama and raised in Brazil, Deborah has also lived in four other countries, and she is passionate about learning new languages and exploring new cultures. Deborah can be reached at



Amanda Hatcher, Vice President of Strategy- Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Amanda founded a 501(c)3 non-profit organization at 18 years of age, The Music for Dreams Foundation Inc., to donate instruments to low income schools. Since July 2015, Amanda has been employed for Reliant Consulting, a Florida based political consulting company holding the position of legislative correspondent, traveling to the state capital in Florida and D.C representing the company and acquiring new clients for local judicial, mayoral, sheriff, and congressional races. She enjoys playing piano, writing, public relations, and advocacy campaigns. This past year, Amanda served as a national ambassador for the American Diabetes Association and a speaker at numerous events. She is studying Business Management & Administration and Organizational Behavior and is also involved in Harvard Women in Business (HWIB).


Mohamed Bahaa, Director of Global Outreach - Mohamed is Co-founder and CFO at TRAIN, S.A.E.; Managing Partner and CFO at N Gage Consulting; Co-founder and Managing Partner of Agrovate, LLC; Vice Chairman of The Egyptian Vegetables Group (Egy Veggie); and Co-founder and Managing Director at Archimede Middle East Inc. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in Economics with a concentration in Competitive  Strategy and Valuation from the American University in Cairo, has attended the Mastering Trade Policy Program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, is candidate for the Masters of Liberal Arts in Finance Degree from Harvard University, and also holds a certificate of International Arbitration from Cairo University, an Advanced Management Certificate in Managing Uncertainty from the International Executive Education Institute at The American University in Cairo.


Joseph Karre, Director of IT - Joseph is the founder and CEO of ML1 Media and ML1 Records. In addition to providing digital marketing services to small businesses, large companies, athletes and musicians, Joseph has also served as a political advisor specializing in social media strategy. He holds a A.A.S in Digital Media and graduated at the top of his class. Joseph is currently studying Learning Design and Technology. He enjoys playing basketball and running track in his free time. Nikodem Pancewicz, Director of Strategy – Nikodem has a background in electronics and electrical engineering. Throughout his career he has worked on various exciting projects ranging from prototyping electrical motors, through designing racecar electronics, to consulting in the power distribution industry. Currently, he holds a Project Manager role at a global power management company, focusing on complex, high-value projects. Nikodem is pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts in Management degree at the Harvard Extension School. His activities outside of school and work include volunteering at several non-profit organizations, martial arts and scuba diving.


Jessica Henning, Director of Sponsorships - Jessica Henning is the Broker & Owner of STATUS International Real Estate which is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, and has offices in Chicago, IL and San Diego, CA. The company serves an international clientele and maintains a proprietary network of global brokers. Ms. Henning holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Nevada where she graduated with highest honors and majored in Business. Presently, she is pursuing a Masters Degree in Management through Harvard’s Extension program. Ms. Henning believes strongly in giving back to her community and is involved in Habitat for Humanity, the Rescue Mission, and several other charitable organizations.


Orry Moody, Director of Marketing - Orry is a business development and marketing professional, currently working for Boeing. He has a background in engineering and business, including a graduate degree in systems engineering from Embry-Riddle. Presently, he is pursuing a master's degree in management at Harvard, as well as a graduate certificate in marketing management. He enjoys not having free time so he also runs three websites and recently acquired a local frozen yogurt shop - all without missing a day in the gym or on the pavement.
